Shipping Policy
Standard Shipping within the US:
Tiny Mills offers free standard shipping on orders order $20 or more. (except Hawaii, Alaska) Orders under $20, shipping cost is $6. Hawaii and Alaska orders are $9.99. Standard shipping times range from 1 to 5 business days after order processing. We typically ship via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground.
Pickup Option Available:
Pickup option is available at checkout for customers in Southern California.
Our pickup location is 10245 8th Street Rancho Cucamonga CA 91730, USA, Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm PST. Feel free to contact us at hello@tinymills.com if you cannot make it during those hours and we will work something out.
Standard Shipping to Canada:
Tiny Mills ships to Canada via USPS International. Standard shipping times ranges from 5-10 days after order processing. Please see below table for shipping rates:

Expedited Shipping
For customers in the U.S. Tiny Mills offers expedited shipping through USPS Priority Mail. Orders received by 12:00pm PST (Mon-Fri) will ship same day and be received on the third business day; otherwise they will ship the next business day. Expedited shipping is not available in Hawaii or Alaska. Expedited shipping is based on order value. See below table for rates:

Unfortunately we do not ship internationally as of now.
NOTE: We will not be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and want to set up a return, please email us at hello@tinymills.com. Once you receive authorization for the return, please return all of the original contents in its original packaging to us in its original condition (unused) within 30 days of receipt. You will be refunded in your original form of payment less shipping charges. Shipping charges for returns must be prepaid. Freight collect returns will not be accepted.
